Fitness Evaluation/Baseline Workout/Free Community Workout
Click here to set up your fitness evaluation and intro to CrossFit. This is a complimentary 1 hour session where you will be introduced to our CrossFit methodology while working out in our BootCamp Group Fitness Class.
CrossFit On Ramp Package (CrossFit On Ramp Included with selected CrossFit 3 Month Fast Start Packages)
The On Ramp package is our beginner's class and is designed to prepare active, healthy individuals who are new to the CrossFit movements for our ongoing CrossFit Group WOD classes. The On Ramp Package costs $225, and consists of 2 private sessions, plus UNLIMITED Group Fitness Classes (includes CrossFit / BootCamp / Olympic Weightlifting) within the first 30 days of On Ramp purchase and completion....so $225 for the first 30 days (2 On Ramp Sessions then UNLIMITED Group Fitness classes (includes CrossFit / BootCamp / Olympic Weightlifting) after completion of On Ramp. If you miss any of the scheduled on ramp classes, you are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee, per class. Discounts or refunds will not be granted for missed classes). Attendance at each On Ramp session is essential in obtaining the skills necessary to do well in our Group Fitness classes. Movement techniques will be drilled into, as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. CrossFit Group Fitness Classes/Daily WOD
After successful completion of On Ramp, you are now able to enroll in all of our Group Fitness WOD Classes (CrossFIt/BootCamp/Olympic Weightlifting). Here, you will compete for rounds, time, points, and glory on a daily basis. Playing games and learning new skills are also a huge part of the group classes. Build strong relationships with peers and network with others from the Livermore Valley/East Bay!
Our Group Fitness classes are designed to be like a sport. As such, the environment will be one of motivation, encouragement, and tough love. Classes are run as follows (please do everything you can to show up on time!)

Crossfit 580 was by far the best experience we have ever had in the fitness community! Everyone was welcoming and encouraging throughout our experience. Unfortunately our journey ended before it started due to work schedules, commute and other set backs.
Mark offered us the best customer service we have ever received, he was welcoming, encouraging, thoughtful and understanding. Though we never got a chance to meet him in person, we could see how great of a leader and coordinator he is. He is passionate about helping each and every individual that is ready to join his community. Even when my partner and I were mistakenly upset about a fee, he took the time to offer us a detailed explanation and assured us it wasn’t what we thought it was.
We are torn that we couldn’t stay longer and only wish it would have been different, there is no better community than the crossfit 580 community!

CrossFit580 is an awesome community filled with incredible athletes and supportive coaches who makes working out challenging and fun!
I have never felt stronger and healthier since starting CrossFit. My endurance is at its all time high. I can carry my boys on my shoulders with ease. As a mother, this is very important. A long day at Disneyland with kids who are a little old for strollers, calls for “super-mom!” ☺ I feel more physically and mentally able to tackle more strenuous adventures. I’ve ran half-marathons, completed Sprint, Super and Beast Spartan Races, and I look forward to finding out what else I can conquer! My advice to those of you who are just getting started: Be patient with yourself. Go in the box knowing that you, yourself, are your biggest and only competition. It always gets hard before it gets easier, and when that time comes, you challenge yourself even more.

Amazing community and coaches. When I moved here 6 years ago I did not realize how big of an impact 580 would have on me. Not only did I make a physical transformation but 580 has become my second family! I did not know a single person and have met some of the most amazing people and developed amazing friendships! From the moment I stepped into 580 I was welcomed and the awesome coaches have helped me become stronger, faster, and try things I never thought I could do!
