Fitness Evaluation/Baseline Workout/Free Community Workout
Click here to set up your fitness evaluation and intro to CrossFit. This is a complimentary 1 hour session where you will be introduced to our CrossFit methodology while working out in our BootCamp Group Fitness Class.
CrossFit On Ramp Package (CrossFit On Ramp Included with selected CrossFit 3 Month Fast Start Packages)
The On Ramp package is our beginner's class and is designed to prepare active, healthy individuals who are new to the CrossFit movements for our ongoing CrossFit Group WOD classes. The On Ramp Package costs $199, and consists of 2 private sessions, plus UNLIMITED Group Fitness Classes (includes CrossFit / BootCamp / Olympic Weightlifting) within the first 30 days of On Ramp purchase and completion....so $199 for the first 30 days (2 On Ramp Sessions then UNLIMITED Group Fitness classes (includes CrossFit / BootCamp / Olympic Weightlifting) after completion of On Ramp. If you miss any of the scheduled on ramp classes, you are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee, per class. Discounts or refunds will not be granted for missed classes). Attendance at each On Ramp session is essential in obtaining the skills necessary to do well in our Group Fitness classes. Movement techniques will be drilled into, as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. CrossFit Group Fitness Classes/Daily WOD
After successful completion of On Ramp, you are now able to enroll in all of our Group Fitness WOD Classes (CrossFIt/BootCamp/Olympic Weightlifting). Here, you will compete for rounds, time, points, and glory on a daily basis. Playing games and learning new skills are also a huge part of the group classes. Build strong relationships with peers and network with others from the Livermore Valley/East Bay!
Our Group Fitness classes are designed to be like a sport. As such, the environment will be one of motivation, encouragement, and tough love. Classes are run as follows (please do everything you can to show up on time!)

Great atmosphere, even better people. From the members to the coaches this is an excellent place to get your fitness level dialed in. Big range of athletes too... just off the couchers to experienced CF’ers. Stop by and check it out!!!

Crossfit580 has provided a space that has pushed the limits of my body and mind to levels I haven't hit since high school (and higher). The staff are all amazingly humble, motivating and entertaining. As time goes on, Crossfit580 has made working out feel more like hanging out with a community of kindred spirits.

Highly recommended excellent local box if you live in the tri-valley area, or a simply travelling through. This box supports a drop-in rate (if you don't have a membership) but the membership is well worth what you pay for. The coaches do an excellent job at challenging you and helping you achieve your best results! In addition, the community and vibe is one that makes you feel right at hom
