You have been working hard with this current squat and volume cycle, dialing in your nutrition and making awesome strength and conditioning gains. You also just got your first few strict pull ups and many other “firsts”. As we are approaching the end of this squat and volume cycle, NOW is the time to test those gains!
Starting Monday, April 27 2015, you will be testing and setting new 1RM’s during the barbell strength portion. If you can’t make one of the days, try and do a makeup session during open gym or another class time, just clear it with the coach.
