Ok everyone, are you ready to throwdown for some box bragging rights, all for a great cause?!:) You have your choice of participating during 3 class times of 8am-9am; 9am-10am, and 10am-11am. Format will be just like normal class…no games style judging standards…just have fun, be safe and utilize your best honor system when counting! We also encourage members to help judge (if not doing the WOD) and coordinate with the coach on the floor.
Please make sure you bring either a Turkey or Toy and breakfast treats!
Teams of 2 Turkey WOD
Teams of 2 complete:
100 unbroken Hang Power Cleans
(Partner holds Front Rack) (95#/65#)
100 unbroken Thrusters (95#/65#)
(Partner holds barbell over head)
100 unbroken Pull Up
(Partner will hang on bar)
100 unbroken Box Jumps (24″/20″)
(Partner will hold wall squat or parallel squat)
100 unbroken Burpees
(Partner will hold push plank position)
* teammates will have their own bars.
* One teammate will start chipper other will hold static position
* Every time static position or reps are not unbroken then both teammates will complete 2 rope climbs each
*stagger stations and scale as needed.
Thrusters, if barbell touches ground then both teammates will stop and complete rope climbs.
Whenever partners also switch from static holds, to working, do 2 rope climbs.
Partners must tag hands when switching.
