2 Miles Run (total)

150 KB Overhead Walking Lunges (pick challenging weight, focus on form)
200 Partner Med Ball Sit Ups (20#/14#)
300 Mountain Climbers
EMOTM 5 Burpees

20 Min Cap.

Teammates can work together on one movement, in any order.  Except for the run, only one person can go on the run as the other partner works on another movement. Teammates to split the run as needed, in any order, as long as 2 miles total is achieved.
