METCON WOD

4 Rounds:

1 min Row for cals
1 min Thrusters (95#/65#)
1 min Russian Swings (53#/35#)
1 min Burpees
1 min Power Cleans (has to touch ground) (95#/65#)

1 Min Plank after each round.  Planks must be unbroken.  If someone fails, clock will stop and whole class will complete 7 burpees.
Start at any station. This is an individual WOD, not a partner WOD.

 

Olympic Lifting/Barbell 580 with Coach Erik Ureta today, 12noon – 2pm. This class is perfect for both the beginner and advanced lifter.
