- 1 minute rowing
- 1 minute rest.
Make sure there is high intensity in your rowing, keep it around 85% effort for the whole minute.
Partner A Rows, then rests for 1 Min, while Partner B Rows, keep switching until complete 10 rounds each.
If we have 10 people or less, then make this a single person wod with their own rower.
