At CrossFit 580, we offer an individualized nutrition and wellness program to meet your life and daily routine . Kaitlin Cofer, CF580 Chief of Wellness and Nutrition, will work closely with you to understand your goals and develop a personalized nutrition and wellness program.
Your program will include menu planning, shopping lists, portion sizes, motivational tips and overall accountability for helping you to achieve your goal. It is important to realize that ultimately you have the ability to ensure your success, and Kaitlin will support you every step of the way.
Achieving a permanent lifestyle change takes commitment and time. With Kaitlin as your Nutrition and Wellness Coach, you will define your goals, work to attain them and, most challenging of all, learn how to maintain the success you achieve. Every body has unique needs and this is the reason we do not prescribe a standard one-size-fits-all regimen. The resultant program and the steps to attain them will reflect your individual desires. By identifying the appropriate amount of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates for your body, we will adjust your caloric intake to meet your requirements.

Chief Nutrition and Wellness Ambassador - Group Fitness Instructor
Kaitlin has been coaching for over ten years. She started when she was a student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where she majored in Nutrition. Since then, Kaitlin has taught at San Diego State, in Seattle, Washington, and now back in her hometown of Livermore. Kaitlin's specialty is strength and core training. When she moved back to Livermore two years ago, she found an amazing community at CrossFit580. Kaitlin coaches our bootcamp group fitness classes, focusing on the big major muscle groups as well as accessory muscles to help avoid injuries and build functional strength. Kaitlin also has her BS degree in Nutrition and is currently finishing her MS in Nutrition Science. Kaitlin is an experienced and credentialed nutritionist with over 7 years of 1:1 and group nutrition counseling experience.
