Group Fitness Instructor
From a young age, I have always been involved with sports and fitness and have never lost the fire as I continue to "keep moving until the wheels fall off". From being an athlete in high school and college to continuing on as a "weekend warrior", I have always lived an active life-style. My goal is to share my experience and passion by helping others achieve their fitness goals. It doesn't get easier as we get older and I hope to be an inspiration to others by "practicing what I preach" and being a positive role model.
I came across CrossFit back in 2007 and started doing the workouts in my garage with a group of friends. Though I never joined an affiliate, I continued with the WODS as well as other fitness philosophies to stay in shape and have fun at the same time. I had the privilege of joining the CrossFit 580 family recently by being invited by Mark and Joy to join the Boot Camp coaching staff. I find it very rewarding and gratifying to challenge, motivate, inspire, and help others to reach their goals. The community and family atmosphere at CrossFit 580 has been such a "breath of fresh air" and I am glad to be part of it. This has also inspired me in achieving my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification.
