Stacy teaches from a place of fun and love. You’ll learn to listen to your inner voice, connect with breath, and move in a way that feels good to YOUR body. She is currently finishing her 500 hr yoga teacher training with Janet Stone. Stacy teaches vinyasa flow, deeply relaxing restorative yoga, and meditation. Expect to laugh, be challenged and find moments of clarity and stillness. “My greatest intention when I teach is to hold space for students to discover their own strengths, and a gratitude for life, through all of its changing currents.” Stacy holds a degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, is a certified wellness coach, ACSM Personal Trainer and TRX trained.
