Coach CrossFit- Tactical Fitness Program Director
My love for fitness and sports started at a young age playing baseball, wrestling and football from Jr. High through high school. I entered the US Marine Corps directly out of high school in 2000. There I truly gained a deep understanding of the mental and physical toughness necessity for a strong tactical athlete. While serving as a infantry Marine and completeing two combat tours to Iraq our fitness regime consisted of funtional Crossfit style workouts with improvised equipment.
After separating from the Marine Corps at the end of 2004 my career in law enforcement started. Since then, my need for tactical strength and conditioning has continued. Having been part of two different tactical/SWAT teams, physical readiness is a must. In 2009 I began attending Diablo Crossfit and then later Delta Crossfit. Since then my passion to learn and help others continued to grow and deepen. In November of 2013, I decided to take my CF level 1 and further my knowledge of Crossfit in addition to spreading the Crossfit methodologies. My goal is to assist the athlete in obtaining their desired goals of reaching a higher level of over all health and fitness.
I'm truly looking forward to helping and learning from the athletes and staff of Crossfit 580.
