How did you first get exposed to CrossFit 580?
I was browsing the internet for local bootcamp group fitness options. Came across CrossFit580 and noticed it was less than a mile away from my house. A match made in heaven.
What have you seen in your body, health, and fitness since starting CrossFit 580 (before/after)?

My favorite moment is when coach Kaitlin finally gave me the opportunity to pick a song for the group to workout too. Never seen someone so disappointed in music choice. She had let me pick twice and now refuses my music recommendations:)
What are you hobbies, interests and/or talents outside of CrossFit 580?
Any advice for people just getting started?
CrossFit580 is a great place to dip your feet into the CrossFit world. Everyone is super supportive and the staff is beyond amazing. It truly feels like you are surrounded by good friends.
