Over Indulged? Next Day Detox



Parties, family gatherings, dinners out, date night, office functions, birthdays…it is SO EASY to over-indulge.  The guilt that comes after is not fun…BUT you CAN get back on track.  Check with you doctor first to make sure you are OK with detoxing, but below is a great “Day after over-indulging” detox to re-set your body for the day and get back on track and inspired.  Email me at [email protected] to explore body re-sets and detoxes further as well as meal and workout plans!  Tis the season of indulging but do your body and mind a favor and try to get back on track right away the next day.

Next Day Detox:

  1. Start your morning, as in the VERY first thing that you drink before coffee, with hot water with an entire lemon squeezed into warm/hot water.  Sip and enjoy.  The lemon will help your body break down what you indulged in the night before.
  2. The remainder of the day, drink plenty of water.
  3. Stick to lean protein and grilled or baked veggies for meals
  4. End your day with an orange or another glass of lemon water
