CrossFit WOD

Teams of 2:

1 Mile Run with 20#  (anything that is 20#, take turns carrying)
40 Deadlifts (M-185# /W-135#)
60 Pull Ups
200m Farmers Walk (together) (M-53#/W-35#) (each hand, for both teammates)
80 Box Jumps
100 Wallballs (20#/14#)

**Runs and Farmers walk must be done together
**Teammates must complete reps in intervals of 10 and tag each other in.
