Workout of the Day
In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete:
50 Barbell Deadlifts
400 Meter Run*
100 Barbell Thrusters
400 Meter Run
80 Burpees
400 Meter Run
100 Barbell Thrusters
400 Meter Run
50  Barbell Deadlifts

*Both athletes perform the run at the same time. Partner A works, Partner B holds front plank.
*coach will clear weights….Deadlift weight keep light to maintain form//beginners sub KB DL)
