30 walking lunges
18 wall balls

-at end of 7 rounds: partner 400M run “tied” together with band looped around waists-

partner workout one working other partner holds a plank

200m buddy carry

6 rounds of:
30 KB Swings
18 Cal Row
-Then-
another 200m buddy carry

In teams of 2-3, complete the following for time:
300 Wall Ball Shots
4000 Meter Run (Sub AD Pro Bike)
5000 Meter Row

Teams get one Concept 2 erg and one ball, but may partition the work however they would like . . . and both should be working at all times.
