400 Meter Run with Plate.  M-45 W-95

Then Complete as a team:
200 Calories on Row
100 Barbell or Dumbbell Thrusters
20 Rope Climbs
100 DB ManMakers

1 Teammate will start the chipper
1 Teammate will Complete 100M Sprint + 5 Burpees
Once Sprint and Burpees are complete teammates will switch.
