Hey there CrossFit 580 friends,
My name is Stephanie Dias, a fellow Crossfitter at CrossFit 580, and the founder of the paleo food blog, Cave Girl Culture. I’m beyond excited for this opportunity to partner up with CrossFit 580 to share easy, healthy and delicious paleo recipes that’ll keep you fueled for your workouts, and well, just life in general.
My favorite meal of the day is breakfast because if done properly, it sets you up for success for the rest of the day. But let’s be real, if you’re anything like every other person on the planet, you have about 2 minutes to grab something quick before running off to work, school, or errands or taking care of the kids. Busy schedules make getting a good breakfast near impossible. Unless of course, you’re able to set aside a few extra minutes the night before to get in some food preparation for the next day, or few days. Hardboiled eggs, sliced fruit and/or vegetables, and avocado are my go-to choices for a quick breakfast, and always leave me feeling ready to tackle the day.
When I’m ready to switch up my morning food routine, I like to make this savory sweet potato frittata and bag up the slices so they’re ready to go when I am.
Best part is, you can even enjoy a slice on the go, whether you’re in the car or at the office. This is tried and tested by yours truly, with no mess whatsoever.
You can see the full recipe post on the blog here. While you’re there, you can subscribe to my blog via email to receive all my latest recipes straight to your inbox! No strings attached.
