INTENSITY

“Labor for Time”

With a partner Complete the following for time:

100 Russian plate twists (45/25) (partner holds plank)
50 Ball slams (30/20) – (partner hangs from bar)
150 Hand release push ups a joint effort! (partner runs 400m upon return leave off where partner ended on push-ups)
40 Plate sit ups (45/25)– ( partner holds top of dip position on rings)
100 Double unders each or 150 Singles– (partner does wall sit)
200 Flutter kicks each – ( partner holds plate in each hand arms fully extended by your side hand only grip top of plate)

Scale as needed – if you rest you both rest then continue together:)
