Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
Strict Barbell Press or Seated DB Shoulder Press x 6-8 reps @ 2111

Work up to a challenging weight while maintaining the set tempo and form.
Use the time between sets to stretch calves and hip flexors.

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
10 Strict Pull-Ups
20 Russian Kettlebell Swings
