Our CrossFit 580 CrossFit program is custom-designed by industry experts to meet the needs of our large and varied community, which includes members of our military special forces, full-time moms, doctors, lawyers, police officers, fire fighters, business executives, accomplished athletes, and retired grandparents.
CrossFit Kids is a generalized strength and conditioning program of constantly varied, functional movements. The program utilizes the CrossFit methodology applied in a scaled manner suitable for children and focuses on the concept of pairing fitness with fun.
The On Ramp package is our beginner’s class and is designed to prepare active, healthy individuals who are new to the CrossFit movements for our ongoing CrossFit Group WOD classes.
BootCamp 580 classes integrate the popular High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) method to burn more fat. By incorporating intense periods of work with short recovery segments, interval training helps you give maximum intensity while still maintaining your exercise form.
YBoth the snatch and the clean and jerk bring speed, power, coordination, and balance to your overall training while increasing explosive strength and explosive output. These lifts are an integral part of the CrossFit 580 and Barbell 580 programs.
Our nutrition program includes menu planning, shopping lists, portion sizes, motivational tips and overall accountability for helping you to achieve your goal. It is important to realize that ultimately you have the ability to ensure your success, and we will support you every step of the way.
