Our yoga classes are designed to improve your health, strength and well-being through movements that emphasize foundation, stretching and alignment. Our experienced Yoga instructors share their knowledge and skills with you to help you experience all of the benefits of yoga.
EXPERIENCED
Our instructors are Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with a minimum of 200 hour training and certification completed.
KNOWLEDGE
Our teachers have extensive insight into the yoga principles. Expect to build a solid foundation & learn the art of yoga.
MEET OUR YOGA 580 INSTRUCTORS
Stacy McGinty
- Yoga 580 Program Director
- Owner-Dragonfly Yoga Dublin
Stacy teaches from a place of fun and love. You’ll learn to listen to your inner voice, connect with breath, and move in a way that feels good to YOUR body. She is currently finishing her 500 hr yoga teacher training with Janet Stone. Stacy teaches vinyasa flow, deeply relaxing restorative yoga, and meditation. Expect to laugh, be challenged and find moments of clarity and stillness.
“My greatest intention when I teach is to hold space for students to discover their own strengths, and a gratitude for life, through all of its changing currents.”
Stacy holds a degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, is a certified wellness coach, ACSM Personal Trainer and TRX trained.
Katerina Polychroniou

Katerina is a lifelong athlete, certified CorePower yoga instructor, and creator of Xplorefit strength training. Her job as an instructor is her passion – in her vinyasa classes you’ll develop strength, set goals and feel empowered to meet them. She is also a certified personal trainer, SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) yoga instructor, a traveler, and a lover of life.
Teresa Gonzalez

“Yoga has helped me find the true me, uniting my energetic self with my calm and peaceful being”.
Teresa had been practicing yoga for over sixteen years when she decided to deepen her practice, and share her love of yoga with others. She has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, a master’s in art history, is a graduate of the 200-hour Teacher Training program at Dragonfly Yoga & Wellness, and the 25-hour Restorative yoga training with Vicky Russel Bell, and she keeps studying and learning everyday.
Teresa is also an avid cyclist, hiker, swimmer, dancer, muralist and watercolor artist.

Friday’s with Katerina 6:30pm-7:30pm
YOGA 580 STRENGTH | RECOVER:
A dynamic yoga class that will challenge, strengthen and calm you. This class is great for the athlete that wants to enjoy an active practice but also spend some time holding the poses and stretching the entire body.
Starting Sunday June 24
Sunday’s with Teresa 8:30am-930am
YOGA 580 STRETCH | RECOVER:
A class for all levels. We will move dynamically through basic yoga postures and spend time stretching the body and learning to balance our breath and mind.
Starting Tuesday July 10
Tuesday’s with Stacy 11:00am-12pm
