Movement, in various forms, has been a catalyst in my life for cultivating presence, finding my strength, and connecting me to community.
I found my way to CrossFit in 2018 as a way to balance out my yoga practice and quickly fell in love with it. I love the variety of workouts it offers, getting to “play” and learn new skills, and the community it brings. I believe moving your body has the power to change your life and admire CrossFits ability to meet everyone where they’re at regardless of age, skill, or ability.
My training includes 200hr RYT, Animal Flow L1, and CF-L1 and I enjoy combining the various modalities. CrossFit 580 has been home since 2020 and I’m excited to be a part of the team!
