Hey I’m Rachel! With nearly 5 years of dedicated experience in the CrossFit community, I am passionate about helping others discover the transformative power of fitness. 


Initially skeptical, I embraced CrossFit after letting my guard down and trying it for myself. Since then, I’ve found strength not only in my body but also in my mind, crediting the community and relentless effort for my improved mental health. I really enjoy focusing on building a supportive environment where everyone, regardless of their starting point, can push their limits and achieve their goals. 


I believe in the importance of mental resilience alongside physical strength, using my personal journey as inspiration to motivate others.
